DACO is led by Dana Sirbu, a senior finance executive with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, governance, HR, and operations. Her background includes leadership roles with international scale-ups and established organisations, where she partnered with boards, CEOs, and cross-functional teams to manage growth, structure complexity, and connect strategy to execution. She has supported funding rounds, investor reporting, governance, and transformation.

Known for her entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach, Dana founded DACO to bring CFO-level support to clients seeking clarity, structure, and strategic growth in Switzerland.

Our expertise spans financial reporting (Swiss CO, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, US GAAP), governance and board support, legal coordination, people operations, and cross-border compliance.

We work with a trusted network of experts, combining the reach of a team with the focus of a dedicated partner.

DACO serves clients in English and French.

Background

Dana holds a degree in Finance and has deepened her expertise in Swiss accounting, tax, and fiduciary matters through selected coursework in the TREX program at Romandie Formation.

Today, she continues to advise clients on funding strategy, audit readiness, legal structuring, and international expansion with a focus on execution, clarity, and long-term value creation.
